Every member has stepped up, whether by standing strong in their own yard, supporting fellow members in their fights for better conditions and pay, or helping to recruit new members and strengthen our union’s collective power.
This year, we’ve grown again, welcoming more members into our ranks. If you’re new, we extend our warmest welcome and thank you for putting your trust in us. Together, we’ll continue to reach new heights in 2025 as we move forward.
Our TWU health and safety representatives and delegates have been actively engaging in crucial training to make their workplaces safer and fairer. When management crosses the line, it’s your strength that pulls them back. I’m incredibly proud of the progress you’ve made and excited for what’s yet to come.
While management may focus on the dollar, often at the expense of your wages and safety, our industry training at the TWU equips you with the tools to keep fighting against those injustices.
Across Australia, our delegates are growing in number, spanning multiple industries. Looking back at my own journey as a new member, I knew this movement was about more than just me—it’s about unity, standing together, and fighting for workers’ rights.
